The Real Deal

Well-made charcuterie can be tough to find around here. And more often than not, they’ll have a bunch of preservatives that aren’t exactly healthy. So when our search for prime meat proved futile, we decided to take things into our own hands — literally.

It all started as a hobby for our founder, Antwe. He started off by making 12 Hour Smoked Brisket and homemade corned beef. Eventually, he realized that his hobby had accumulated the necessary equipment for curing meat. And so began his journey into the world of cured meats and charcuterie. It took a little time and a lot of experimentation, but eventually he got to where he wanted to go — creating delicious preservative-free meats that everyone can enjoy. Eventually word got around and orders started filing in from from left and right with Antwe’s family stepping in to catch up on orders. As it turns out, his daughter Erin found a love for the craft and Antwe was more than delighted to share his passion with his daughter. As his list of offerings grew, Antwe took on a new partner — Team Angry Chef who helped him formulate new recipes and create a menu they could be proud of.

Artisanal and small batch, all our meats are handcrafted and chemical-free. Mainly because we believe that good-tasting food should also be good for you. Since the devil’s in the details, we only use imported and choice cuts to make cured meats of the finest quality. Great food should be fun and we’re so excited to share our offerings with you.
