Q: Where are your meats imported from?

A: Our beef is imported from the US and is certified US Angus Beef. Our pork is from France (Le Porc Français) and has been certified with the strictest of standards.

Q: What’s the best way to store your meat?

A: Ideally, you consume your meats immediately, but once opened, store your meat in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. You can also freeze the meats for 3 Months. 

Q: How fast can you deliver?

A: We have our own fleet that will deliver to your doorstep the next day.

Q: How do you deliver our orders?

A: To ensure the freshness of your order, we deliver your orders inside insulated bags to keep the temperature. The come straight from our facility to your doorstep.  

Q: Do you accept bulk orders?

A: Yes we do! We accept large orders for businesses, restaurants, and parties. Bulk orders will require to be placed at least 2 weeks before, kindly place your orders in advance. Check out our menu here.

Q: Do you supply restaurants?

A: We’d love for our meats to make it on your plates. Check out our bulk orders page here or get in touch with us via our contact section to make an inquiry and we’ll be in touch!

Q: How do you cure your meats?

A: Our curing process involves zero chemicals, all-natural ingredients, and natural hardwood to smoke our meats.

Q: Can you customize the cuts of the meat?

A: For our bacon, we sometimes make thick and thin cut versions. Watch out for our product list as we may have thick cut versions out for sale.
